PRIVACY OVERVIEW
The privacy and security of our clients is extremely important to us. We do not disclose the names of private industry clients, select sensitive government clients, or any client who requests confidentiality for any reason other than as required by law. Fill Holdings LLC will never sell, rent, or transfer customer data to any outside individual, company, or organization without express written permission or as contractually allowed or required.
We understand the need for security in today’s world – our clients expect discreet, and reliable services. We periodically perform background checks on all of our employees and have internal controls in place to prevent loss, theft, or accidental destruction of sensitive client data.
All data storage devices/media and documents are destroyed using methods that EXCEED DOD approved methods for disposal of information classified at the SECRET level. Client information is encrypted at all times on our network and computer systems.
All employees have law enforcement or military backgrounds and have held (or currently hold) security clearances at the TS/SCI level.
Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information may include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address or any other information which might reasonably be used to identify you individually. Fill Holdings LLC collects personally identifiable information from Site visitors only when it is voluntarily provided. Fill Holdings LLC will not otherwise collect this information from you on our Site.
When Fill Holdings LLC receives personally identifiable information, we may use it for reasonable business purposes. For example, we may use this information to contact you, via e-mail, mail, and/or telephone to provide you with information we believe may be of interest. We will store the information that you share with us securely and will take appropriate steps to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. We will limit access to this information to those Fill Holdings LLC personnel with a need to know.
